[(f)] (G) Except for a wholesaler of beer [or wine], WINE, OR LIQUOR who is
conducting business with the licensee under this section, a licensee may not allow a
person to carry alcoholic beverages onto or from the licensed premises.
11-513.
(a) The provisions of this section apply in Harford County only.
(b) (1) A licensee may sell, offer for [sale] SALE, or dispense alcoholic
beverages [or light wine]:
(i) On Monday through Sunday; and
(ii) Only between 8 a.m. and 2 a.m. the following morning.
(2) A Class B-4 (seafood restaurant) licensee may offer to sell beer and
wine:
(i) On Mondays through Saturdays from 5:30 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.;
and
(ii) On Sundays from 12 noon to 11:00 p.m.
(3) [(i) Except as provided in subparagraph (ii) of this paragraph, a
stadium beer and light wine licensee under § 8-213.1 of this article may sell or offer
to sell beer or light wine:
1. Monday through Saturday from 12 noon to 9 p.m.; and
2. Sunday from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.
(ii)] During a baseball game only, a licensee may not sell alcoholic
beverages:
[1.3 (1) After the beginning of the eighth inning; or
[2.] (II) During a doubleheader game, after the beginning of
the sixth inning of the second game.
(c) A licensee may not:
(1) Allow alcoholic beverages [or light wine] to be consumed on [his]
THE LICENSEE'S premises after 2:15 a.m. or before 8:00 a.m. the same morning; or
(2) Allow alcoholic beverages glasses, bottles, or containers to remain on
tables or serving counters after 2:30 a.m.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is an
emergency measure, is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health
or safety, has been passed by a yea and nay vote supported by three-fifths of all the
members elected to each of the two Houses of the General Assembly, and shall take
effect from the date it is enacted June 1, 2002.
