relating to terrorism to certain definitions of crimes of violence; expanding the
list of crimes for which the interception of certain wire, oral, and electronic

obtain a judicial order relating to wire, oral, and electronic communications
under certain circumstances; allowing a judge to authorize the interception of

certain circumstances; specifying that certain identification cards expire within
a certain time period; authorizing the Motor Vehicle Administration to cancel
identification cards under certain circumstances; requiring the Motor Vehicle
Administration to refuse to register or transfer the registration of a vehicle upon
