(i) Report shipment receipt to the
department;
(ii) Provide assurance that the savings
on the cost of textbooks will be
dedicated to reducing the cost of
textbooks for students; and
(iii) Since the textbooks shall remain
property of the State, maintain
appropriate shipment receipt
records for audit purposes.
Further provided that no funds may be
expended unless funding is provided in
fiscal 2003 to begin implementing the
recommendations of the Commission on
Education Finance, Equity, and
