THE COURTS CHIEF JUDGE OF THE COURT OF APPEALS WHETHER COMMUNICATION
AND INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS SUPPORTED BY STATE MONEY FUNDS
COMPLY WITH APPLICABLE STANDARDS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the terms of the initial
appointed member a of the State Commission on Technology and Critical
Infrastructure shall expire as follows:
(1) 4 members in 2003;
(2) 4 members in 2004; and
(3) 4 5 members in 2005.
SECTION 3. 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2002. It shall remain effective for a period of 4 years and, at the end of
June 30, 2006, with no further action required by the General Assembly, this Act shall
be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

(House Bill 1302)
AN ACT concerning
Sexual Crimes - Continuing Course of Conduct Against a Child
FOR the purpose of prohibiting a person from engaging in a continuing course of
unlawful sexual conduct with a victim under a certain age under certain
circumstances; providing that a violation of this Act is a felony; providing a
certain penalty; providing that a sentence under this Act may be imposed
separate from and consecutive to or concurrent with a certain other sentence
under certain circumstances; providing that a person may not be charged under
this Act under certain circumstances; providing that a person who is charged
under this Act may not be charged for certain other sexual crimes under certain
circumstances; making certain provisions relating to sexual crimes applicable to
the crime; and generally relating to sexual crimes and a continuing course of
conduct against a child.
