Article - Insurance
8-109.
(a) If the Commissioner has reason to believe that a controlling insurance
producer has violated or is violating this subtitle, the Commissioner shall:
(1) serve on the controlling insurance producer a statement of charges

10-116.1.
(f) The Commissioner may waive the reinstatement procedures of this section
for an insurance producer who is unable to comply with the renewal and
reinstatement procedures due to:
[(i)] (1) military service; or
[(ii)] (2) other extenuating circumstances, including a long-term
medical disability.

(g) (3) If an insurance producer is prosecuted for a crime in any jurisdiction,
the insurance producer shall report the prosecution to the Commissioner within 30
days after the insurance producer's initial appearance before a court, including an
