(a) (1) Every 6 months, each hospital and related institution shall file with
the Board a report that:
(ii) States whether, as to each licensed physician, during the 6
months preceding the report:
5. The hospital or related institution placed any other
restrictions or conditions on any of the licensed physicians as listed in items [1.
through 4.] 1 THROUGH 4 of this subparagraph for any reasons that might be grounds
for disciplinary action under § 14-404 of this subtitle.

(s) (1) "Supervision" means the responsibility of a physician to exercise [on
site] ON-SITE supervision or immediately available direction for physician assistants
performing delegated medical acts.
(2) "Supervision" includes physician oversight of and acceptance of direct
responsibility for the patient services and care rendered by a physician assistant,
including continuous availability to the physician assistant in person, through
written instructions, or by electronic means.

15-314.
Subject to the hearing provisions of § 15-315 of this subtitle, the Board, on the
affirmative vote of a majority of its members then serving, may reprimand any
certificate holder or suspend or revoke a certificate if the certificate holder:
(6) Refuses, withholds from, denies, or discriminates against an
individual with regard to the provision of professional services for which the [licensee
is licensed] CERTIFICATE HOLDER IS CERTIFIED and qualified to render because the
individual is HIV positive;
