(4) A TAX CREDIT UNDER THIS SUBSECTION IS AVAILABLE TO A
QUALIFIED PROPERTY FOR NO MORE THAN 5 YEARS.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 2002 and shall be applicable to all taxable years beginning on or after
July 1 June 30, 2002.

AN ACT concerning
Cecil County - Sheriff - Salary
FOR the purpose of altering the salary of the Sheriff of Cecil County; providing that
this Act does not apply to the salary of the incumbent Sheriff; and generally
relating to the salary of the Sheriff of Cecil County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

(i) (1) (i) The Sheriff of Cecil County shall receive an annual salary [of]

5. $54,000 FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2006 AND FOR EACH
