AN ACT concerning
Calvert County - Extension of Task Force to Study the Infrastructure Needs
of Private Communities in Calvert County
FOR the purpose of continuing the Task Force to Study the Infrastructure Needs of
Private Communities in Calvert County by extending to a certain date the
termination provision relating to the authority of the Task Force; and generally
relating to the extension of the Task Force to Study the Infrastructure Needs of
Private Communities in Calvert County.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That:
(a) There is a Task Force to Study the Infrastructure Needs of Private
Communities in Calvert County.
(b) (1) The Task Force shall consist of the following nine members:
(i) Five members appointed by the County Commissioners of
Calvert County, with each County Commissioner appointing one of the five members;
(ii) Two members appointed by the Senators from the Senate of
Maryland who represent Calvert County; and
