Ch. 5 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND THE DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES SHALL ASSIST LOCAL (1) DETERMINE THE COST-BENEFIT IMPACTS OF IMPLEMENTING THE (2) PERFORM AUDITS OF SPECIFIC BUILDINGS OR INSTALLATIONS TO (G) ADVISORY COMMISSION. (1) THERE IS AN ADVISORY COMMISSION ON ENERGY CONSERVATION IN (2) THE COMMISSION CONSISTS OF 15 MEMBERS APPOINTED BY THE (3) THE MEMBERS SHALL BE BROADLY REPRESENTATIVE, INCLUDING (I) STATE AND LOCAL CODE ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES; (II) ARCHITECTURAL AND ENGINEERING PROFESSIONS; (III) PUBLIC UTILITIES; (IV) THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY; (V) LEGISLATIVE BODIES OF LOCAL GOVERNMENT; AND (VI) THE PUBLIC. (4) A MEMBER OF THE COMMISSION: (I) MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION FOR SERVICE ON THE (II) IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE REVISOR'S NOTE: Subsections (a)(1), (2), and (4), and (b) through (g) of this Subsection (a)(3) of this section is new language added to avoid repetition In subsection (b) of this section, the former reference to public buildings "as In subsection (g)(3)(vi) of this section, the former reference to the "general" - 490 -
