AN ACT concerning

Charter Sections 402 and 403, 403 and 531 - Executive Appointments

FOR the purpose of amending the Baltimore County Charter to provide that the
County Executive is responsible for appointing the heads of all offices and
departments of the County government, subject to confirmation by the County
Council; removing the authority of the county administrative officer to appoint
the heads of offices and departments; renumbering sections; and generally
relating to appointments authorized by the Charter.
