plan as a special exception requirement for natural wood waste recycling
facilities.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
Article 28, § 12-233.2(a)(11), (12) and (13)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning - Bog Protection Program - Maps

FOR the purpose of adding the definition of a Bog Protection Area Guidance Map;
providing that notice is given to affected property owners prior to a field verified
change made by the Planning and Zoning Officer to a Bog Protection Area
Guidance Map becoming effective; adopting a field verified Bog Protection Area
Guidance Map; and matters relating generally to bog protection.

BY renumbering:

Article 21, § 1-101(6d) through (6h); Article 26, § 1-101(5b) through (5g); and
Article 28, § l-101(7i) through (7k) (all as amended by Bill No. 105-01) to
be Article 21, § 1-101(6e) through (6i); Article 26, § 1-101(5c) through (5h);
and Article 28, § 1-101(7j) through (71), respectively.
