AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Zoning - Definition of Government Reuse Facilities

FOR the purpose of amending the definition of "government reuse facilities" to
include certain parcels of land formerly owned by the federal government that
are ancillary to land conveyed under the federal Base Realignment and Closure
Act; providing that the reuse plan for a government reuse facility may be
approved by an ordinance as well as a resolution; and generally relating to lots
within government reuse facilities.

By repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 28, § 1-101(27A)
Anne Arundel County Code (1985, as amended)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Subdivisions - Lots within Government Reuse Facilities

FOR the purpose of amending the definition of a "lot" under the Subdivisions Article
of the County Code to include certain areas within Government Reuse Facilities;
imposing certain conditions on the recognition of such lots; amending the
definition of an "approved lot" exempt from the Adequacy of Facilities
requirements of the Subdivisions Article to include such lots; specifying a
certain legislative intent; making this Ordinance subject to a certain
contingency; and generally relating to lots within government reuse facilities.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments:
Article 26, §§ 1-101(32) and 2-409(c)

AN ORDINANCE concerning:

Finance and Taxation - Revenue Reserve Fund

FOR the purpose of changing the maximum amount that may be retained in the
Revenue Reserve Fund as a percentage of the total general fund appropriation.

Article 6, § 8-107(b) and (c)
