FOR the purpose of creating the Upper Magothy Beach Special Community Benefit
District; establishing the purposes of the District and the manner of assessment
for the District; and designating a civic or community association to administer
expenditures of the District.

BY renumbering:

Article 6, § 2-106(d)(30) and (31) (as amended by Bill Nos. 12-02 and 13-02) to
be Article 6, § 2-106(d)(31) and (32), respectively
