Annexation Resolution 1-2001

A resolution proposing to enlarge the corporate boundaries of the City of Mount
Rainier to include an area composed of the roadway of Queens Chapel Rd. (Maryland
Route 500) from the City's boundary on the east to approximately the 2500 block on
the west, and the roadway of Chillum Rd. (Maryland Route 501) from the City's
boundary on the south to approximately the 2100 block on the north.

George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement).

Charter Amendment Resolution 1-2001

A resolution to amend the City Charter to change the process for filling
vacancies on the City Council.

[Sections 302, 510, 511, and 513 of the Charter of the City of Mount Rainier,
Prince George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation
of Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed
and reenacted, with amendments.
