MILLINGTON, A MUNICIPAL CORPORATION OF THE STATE OF MARYLAND,
PROPOSING TO REPEAL THE EXISTING TOWN CHARTER AND ENACT A NEW
TOWN CHARTER AS CONTAINED IN THE ATTACHED TRUE COPY ENTITLED
"CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF MILLINGTON, KENT AND QUEEN ANNE'S
COUNTIES, MARYLAND, SEPTEMBER 2002 EDITION".
