OF THE MAYOR AND COMMISSIONERS OF

THE CITY OF DISTRICT HEIGHTS, MARYLAND

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of District Heights,
acting pursuant to the authority of Article XI-E of the Constitution of Maryland and
Section 19 of Article 23A, Annotated Code of Maryland, for the enlargement of the
corporate boundaries of said City by the annexation of certain land contiguous to and
adjoining the existing corporate area.

[Pursuant to Section 401 of the Charter of the City of District Heights, Prince
George's County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of
Municipal Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement).

Effective Date January 10, 2003]

EAST NEW MARKET

Charter Amendment No. 2002 - 1

RESOLUTION of the Mayor and Council of the Town of East New Market,
Maryland, adopted by the authority of Article HE of the Constitution of the State of
Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of Maryland (1957
Edition, as amended) entitled, "CORPORATIONS MUNICIPAL" to amend the
Charter of the Town of East New Market (1995 Edition) by repealing and reenacting
Section 8-64 of the Charter of the Town of East New Market, Maryland (1995
Edition).

[Section 8-64 of the Charter of the Town of East New Market, Dorchester
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland — Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 2002 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.
