THE TOWN OF CHEVERLY BY ANNEXING LAND CONTIGUOUS AND
ADJOINING THE EXISTING CORPORATE AREA OF THE TOWN OF CHEVERLY,
WHICH LAND IS DESCRIBED AS PARCELS A AND B IN A SUBDIVISION
KNOWN AS CHARLES LURIA PROPERTY AS IN PLAT BOOK 49 AT PLAT 93,
ALSO KNOWN AS 5801 AND 5809 ANNAPOLIS ROAD.

Charter Amendment Resolution CA-2-02
A RESOLUTION OF THE MAYOR AND TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF
CHEVERLY, MARYLAND, adopted pursuant to the authority of Article HE of the
Constitution of Maryland and Section 13 of Article 23A of the Annotated Code of
Maryland (1957 Edition, as amended), to amend the Charter of the said town, by
amending Section C-6 of the Charter of the Town of Cheverly, Maryland, so that the
ward boundaries conform to the 2000 census data.
