"COOPERATIVE BIDDING" OF THE CITY CHARTER TO INCLUDE THE U.S.

GOVERNMENT PURCHASING ALLIANCE WITHIN THE LIST OF

JURISDICTIONS UPON WHOSE PROCUREMENT PROCESSES THE CITY MAY

RELY IN ENTERING INTO PUBLIC CONTRACTS FOR THE PURCHASE OF

GOODS AND SERVICES.

amendments.

MEMBERS' PARTICIPATION IN RETIREMENT OR PENSION PLANS UNDER

CERTAIN CONDITIONS.
