S.B. 385 VETOES State House Dear Mr. President: In accordance with Article II, Section 17 of the Maryland Constitution, today I have This bill requires that every deputy clerk or sheriff in Montgomery County take and House Bill 401, which was passed by the General Assembly and signed by me, Sincerely, Robert L.
