(2) "CRIME" DOES NOT INCLUDE A VIOLATION OF THE TRANSPORTATION
ARTICLE THAT IS NOT PUNISHABLE BY A TERM OF CONFINEMENT.

Control and Prevention created by Executive Order 01.01.1995.18.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
October 1, 2003.
