(6)     PROJECTS IN AREAS DECLARED TO BE FEDERAL DISASTER AREAS
WITHIN 1 YEAR BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT RECEIVES AN APPLICATION FOR
FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE UNDER THIS SUBTITLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2003.

AN ACT concerning

Department of Labor, Licensing, and Regulation - Real Estate Appraisers -
Reports Baltimore City - Reports

FOR the purpose of requiring licensed or certified real estate appraisers to file certain
reports containing certain information about certain residential real estate in
Baltimore City with the State Commission of Real Estate Appraisers and Home
Inspectors or a certain designee; requiring the reports to be open for inspection
only to representatives of government agencies for investigation of fraudulent
practices; and generally relating to requirements imposed on real estate
appraisers.

(A) A LICENSED OR CERTIFIED REAL ESTATE APPRAISER SHALL FILE WITH
THE COMMISSION OR A DESIGNEE OTHERWISE PROVIDED BY LAW AT THE END OF
EVERY CALENDAR QUARTER A REPORT LISTING, THE ADDRESS AND APPRAISED
