Ch. 316 2003 LAWS OF MARYLAND (b) In a contract between an employment agency and a client, the term (1) commencement of work by a client; or (2) an agreement between a client and employer for the client to begin (c) In each contract between an employment agency and a client, the [9-315.] 9-306.
