BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the Laws of Maryland Article 20 - Somerset County 2-201. (A) THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS SHALL APPOINT A CLERK ON (B) THE TERM OF THE CLERK IS 4 YEARS AND SHALL RUN CONCURRENTLY (C) IF THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK BECOMES VACANT BECAUSE OF THE (D) THE CLERK SHALL RECEIVE AN ANNUAL SALARY AS SET BY THE BOARD - 2215 -
