MAY APPROVE OR AUTHORIZE THE PROPOSED ACTION AT B. MAY TAKE ANY OTHER ACTION THAT COULD HAVE BEEN (V) THIS PARAGRAPH MAY NOT BE CONSTRUED TO AFFECT THE SECTION 2.
