(5) The structure and effectiveness of the public and private mental
health care delivery systems in the State; and
(6) The impact on the cost of health care coverage in the State of any
recommended changes to the coverage or delivery of mental health care services.
(g) (h) The Task Force shall report On or before December 31, 2003, the
Task Force shall issue a preliminary report of its findings, and on or before December
31, 2004, shall issue a final report of its findings and recommendations to the
Governor, and in accordance with § 2-1246 of the State Government Article, the
General Assembly, on or before December 31, 2003.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2003. It shall remain effective for a period of 1 year and 6 months and,
at the end of December 31, 2003 2004, with no further action required by the General
Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Condominium Act - Meetings of Council of Unit Owners - Quorum
FOR the purpose of authorizing an additional meeting of the council of unit owners of
a condominium to be called under certain conditions if the number of persons
present in person or by proxy at a properly called meeting is insufficient to
constitute a quorum; requiring a certain notice of the additional meeting to be
given in a certain manner delivered or mailed to each unit owner at a certain
address; requiring the notice to contain certain information; providing that the
unit owners present in person or by proxy at the additional meeting constitute a
quorum; authorizing certain actions to be taken at the additional meeting;
providing for the construction of this Act; and generally relating to meetings of a
condominium council of unit owners.
