Community Services for Autistic Adults and Children, located
in Montgomery Village. Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may include in kind
contributions or funds expended prior to the effective date of
this Act (Montgomery County)......................................................              300,000

(T) Cumberland Valley Technology Center. Provide a grant equal to
the lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Trustees of ABC Cumberland Valley
Technology Center, L.L.C. for the acquisition, planning, design,
repair, renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of the
former Maryland National Guard Armory at 328 330 North
Potomac Street in Hagerstown, for use as a preapprenticeship
and apprenticeship training center for the construction,
maintenance, and industrial trades, subject to the requirement
that the grantee grant and convey an historic easement to the
Maryland Historical Trust. Notwithstanding the provisions of
Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may include real
property, in kind contributions, or funds expended prior to the
effective date of this Act (Washington County)............................              200,000

(U) Dr. Bob's Place. Provide a grant equal to the lesser of (i)
$200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided, to
the Board of Trustees of Joseph Richey Hospice, Inc. for the
renovation, reconstruction, and capital equipping of 832 838
North Eutaw Street in Baltimore, for use as a children's hospice
facility to be known as Dr. Bob's Place, and which will adjoin
and share facilities with the Joseph Richey Hospice, subject to
the requirement that the grantee grant and convey an historic
easement to the Maryland Historical Trust (Baltimore City).....              200,000

(V) Ebenezer Community Life Center. Provide a grant equal to the
lesser of (i) $200,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund
provided, to the Board of Directors of Ebenezer Community
Development Corporation for the renovation, reconstruction,
and capital equipping of two existing buildings on Whitfield
Chapel Road in Lanham, and the construction and capital
equipping of a new wing, to serve as a mixed educational,
administrative, and fellowship complex. Notwithstanding the
provisions of Section 1(5) of this Act, the matching fund may
include real property or funds expended prior to the effective
date of this Act (Prince George's County).....................................              200,000

(W) Gaithersburg Youth Center. Provide a grant equal to the lesser
of (i) $300,000 or (ii) the amount of the matching fund provided
to the Mayor and City Council of the City of Gaithersburg for
the planning, design, construction, and capital equipping of a
building for the Gaithersburg Youth Center, located in
Gaithersburg (Montgomery County).............................................              300,000
