Further provided that $700,000 in general
funds for the University System of
Maryland Office may not be expended
until vacant space at the Christopher
Columbus Center is leased under terms by
which the tenant makes rent payments
adequate to absorb the cost of maintaining
the leased space. All costs associated with
securing a suitable tenant shall be the
responsibility of the system office.............

Special Fund Appropriation, provided that
the appropriation of $5,862,680 to the
University of Maryland, College Park
(R30B22) may be used for no other
purpose than to support MFRI as
provided in Section 13-955 of the
Transportation Article................................

BALTIMORE CITY COMMUNITY COLLEGE

R95C00.00 Baltimore City Community College
Current Unrestricted Appropriation,
provided that this appropriation shall be
reduced by $2,510,014 contingent upon
the reduction to the fiscal year 2003
appropriation for the support of State
operated institutions of higher education.

Further provided that 11 positions may not
be filled until the Baltimore City
Community College provides the budget
committees with documentation that
grant funds to finance the positions have
been received...............................................
