institutions. The study shall compare
actual fiscal 2001 funding for national
peer institutions with that estimated for
the purpose of determining fiscal 2001
funding guidelines. It should also
determine guideline attainment, relative
to actual 2001 funding for peer
institutions. The agency shall report to
the General Assembly on its findings,
including any proposed adjustments in
the methodology arising from the
comparison.
