Provided that $6,123,361 in general funds
and $7,110,565 in federal funds for the
Living at Home: Maryland Community
Choices attendant care Medicaid waiver
may be used for that purpose alone, and
may not be transferred, by budget
amendment or otherwise, to any other
program or purpose. General funds
unexpended at the end of the fiscal year
shall revert to the general fund, unless
otherwise provided for in legislation.
Further provided that the Department of
Human Resources shall submit quarterly
reports to the budget committees for their
review providing the number of enrolled
participants, the number of active
participants, and actual expenditures on
case management, fiscal intermediary
services, transitional services, and waiver
services.
