Provided that of the Special Fund
Allowance, $37,588,929 represents that
share of Program Open Space Revenues
available for State projects and
$31,828,105 represents that share of
Program Open Space Revenues available
for local programs. Contingent upon the
enactment of legislation altering the
amount of transfer tax revenues to be
distributed to Open Space programs, the
share of Program Open Space Revenues
available for State projects will be reduced
by $31,564,929 and the share of Program
Open Space Revenues available for local
projects will be reduced by $29,914,217.
These amounts may be used for any State
projects or local share authorized in
Chapter 403, Laws of Maryland, 1969 as
amended, or in Chapter 81, Laws of
Maryland, 1984; Chapter 106, Laws of
Maryland, 1985; Chapter 109, Laws of
Maryland, 1986; Chapter 121, Laws of
Maryland, 1987; Chapter 10, Laws of
Maryland, 1988; Chapter 14, Laws of
Maryland, 1989; Chapter 409, Laws of
Maryland, 1990; Chapter 3, Laws of
Maryland, 1991; Chapter 4, 1st Special
Session, Laws of Maryland, 1992; Chapter
204, Laws of Maryland, 1993; Chapter 8,
Laws of Maryland, 1994; Chapter 7, Laws
of Maryland, 1995; Chapter 13, Laws of
Maryland, 1996; Chapter 3, Laws of
Maryland, 1997; Chapter 109, Laws of
Maryland, 1998; Chapter 118, Laws of
Maryland, 1999; Chapter 204, Laws of
Maryland, 2000; Chapter 102, Laws of
Maryland, 2001; Chapter 290, Laws of
Maryland, 2002; and for any of the
following State and Local projects.
