K00A05.10 Outdoor Recreation Land Loan

Provided that the Department of Natural
Resources shall submit to the budget
committees information about land
acquisition and conservation easement
purchases that exceed $2,000,000 45 days
prior to seeking Board of Public Works
approval for these expenditures. The
information provided shall include a
thorough analysis of the benefits and
risks of the proposed action and a
complete accounting of the State, federal,
local and private funds involved.
