(A) A MAJORITY OF THE MEMBERS SERVING ON THE ADVISORY COUNCIL (B) A MEMBER OF THE ADVISORY COUNCIL: (1) MAY NOT RECEIVE COMPENSATION; BUT (2) IS ENTITLED TO REIMBURSEMENT FOR EXPENSES UNDER THE (C) THE ADVISORY COUNCIL SHALL MEET AT LEAST 18-1006.
