(b)     (1) After a public hearing, the Secretary shall adopt rules and
regulations that establish a method for conspicuously marking, on the Grade A milk
product container, the last date on which the product may be sold.

(2) Each Grade A milk product container shall be marked as required by
rules and regulations adopted under this subtitle.

(c)      [A] THE SECRETARY SHALL ADOPT REGULATIONS THAT ESTABLISH THE
SELL-BY PERIOD FOR A Grade A milk product that is cooled to, packaged, and stored
at 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less before it is purchased by or delivered to the ultimate
consumer [has a sell-by period of 14 days].

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect July 1, 2003.

(House Bill 360)

AN ACT concerning

Mental Health - Early Childhood Mental Health Services - Pilot Program

FOR the purpose of establishing the Early Childhood Mental Health Services Pilot
Program; requiring the pilot program to provide mental health screening and
consultation for certain children; specifying that the pilot program may include
formal training for child care providers, therapeutic nursery programs, family
support initiatives, crisis intervention services, certain recruiting programs, and
certain mental health consultation; requiring certain agencies to submit a
certain report; making this Act subject to a certain contingency; providing for
the termination of this Act; and generally relating to the Early Childhood
Mental Health Services Pilot Program.

Section 10-1501 through 10-1503, inclusive, to be under the new subtitle
"Subtitle 15. Early Childhood Mental Health Services Pilot Program"
