STATE ARCHIVES
The State Archives and the Department of
General Services (DGS) shall negotiate a
fair and reasonable payment level for
DGS maintenance services. The agencies
shall consider the magnitude of square
footage attributable to the generation of
special fund revenues when setting the
payment level. A report shall be submitted
to the budget committees by August 1,
2000, for review and comment.
