Capital Appropriation
General Fund Appropriation, provided that
this appropriation shall be contingent on
the enactment of HB 1301.
Further provided that $5,000,000 of this
appropriation may not be expended until:
(1)—Tho Baltimore Symphony Orchestra
(BSO) and the Baltimore Center for the
Performing Arts for their contractor
who will manage and operate the
Hippodrome Performing Arts Center)
reach an agreement which will foster
cooperation between the BSO and the
