Zoning Text Amendment No. 99010 AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of: - clarifying that a structure constructed for the support of [[that supports]] an
antenna that is part of an amateur radio station licensed by the Federal
Communications Commission may not be used as a support structure for any
other antenna. By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code: DIVISION 59-C-l "RESIDENTIAL ZONES, ONE-FAMILY" DIVISION 59-A-6 "USES PERMITTED IN MORE THAN ONE CLASS OF ZONE" Section 59-A-6.14 "Antenna for a private telecommunication facility mounted on a rooftop or structure located on privately
owned land" [Effective Date December 20, 1999]

Zoning Text Amendment No. 99011 AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of: - clarifying that a special exception is not required for any private educational
institution[[s]] or [[and]] parochial school[[s]] to [[may]] locate on a former
school site[[s]] or on premises that are owned or leased by a governmental
entity. Requiring any material expansion or change in use of a private educational
institutional located on a former school site or on premises that are owned by
County government to be referred to the Planning board for review and
comment under certain circumstances.
