AN AMENDMENT to the Montgomery County Zoning Ordinance for the purpose of:
- amending the compliance standards for a no-impact home occupation.
By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:
DIVISION 59-A-6 "USES PERMITTED IN MORE THAN ONE
CLASS OF ZONE"
Section 59-A-6.1 "A no-impact home occupation, registered home
occupation, or home health practitioner's office"

- excluding, in the industrial zones, an entire floor or story used exclusively for
mechanical equipment from the maximum density of development calculation.
By amending the following section of the Montgomery County Zoning
Ordinance, Chapter 59 of the Montgomery County Code:

- authorizing the Planning Board to extend validity period of adequate public
facility approvals for non-residential development projects.

Chapter 50 of the Montgomery County Code:
