AN ACT to:
(1) change the tax rates on the Development Impact Tax, and include a new
rate for multifamily-senior residential units;
(2) amend the definition of gross floor area to impose the Development Impact
Tax on certain unenclosed areas;
(3) clarity that a certain credit for the Development District Tax will be made
against the Development Impact Tax;
(4) expand the definition of impact highways to include transit centers;
(5) make certain clarifying and stylistic changes; and
(6) generally amend the law governing the Development Impact Tax.
