AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the adoption of the
Fall, 1999 Master Water and Sewer Plan and to submit said Plan to the Maryland
Department of the Environment for its approval and implementation pursuant to
Title 9 of the Environment Article of the Maryland Annotated Code.

the adoption of the 1999 Land Preservation and Recreation Plan as part of the Master
Plan; and to further provide that a copy of said 1999 Land Preservation and
Recreation Plan, along with all appendices, is attached to this Act and made a part
hereof as though it were fully stated herein.

Traffic, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to establish a certain prohibition
concerning parking in certain areas designed for the use of individuals with
disabilities; to establish fines for certain parking violations; and generally relating to
parking.
