AN ACT to repeal and reenact with amendments Subsection J of Section 256-13,
Water and Sewer Plan, of Article I, General Provisions, of Chapter 256, Water and
Sewers, of the Harford County Code, as amended, to provide for the adoption of an
amendment to the Fall 1998 Master Water and Sewer Plan.

AN ACT to add new Article XVA, Economic Development Agricultural Advisory Board,
to Part 2, Nonbinding Advisory Boards, of Chapter 9, Boards, Commissions, Councils
and Agencies, of the Harford County Code, as amended; to establish an Economic
Development Agricultural Advisory Board; to establish the membership of the Board;
to establish the powers and duties of the Board; to impose certain requirements on
the Board; and generally relating to the powers and duties of the Board.

individual experiencing financial hardship may apply for a one-time deferred tax
payment plan; to change the title of Comptroller to Revenue Collections Supervisor;
and generally relating to deferred tax payment plans.
