County Volunteer Fire Length of Service Award Program - Clarifications
FOR the purpose of clarifying the law regarding the county volunteer fire length of
service award program; authorizing certain rehabilitation companies to
participate in the program; clarifying and altering certain eligibility
requirements; deleting certain obsolete dates and provisions; defining certain
terms; providing for the construction and application of this Act; providing for
the continuity of the status of certain transactions and rights, titles, and
interests, and certifications; and generally relating to the county volunteer fire
length of service award program.
