AN ACT concerning:
Public Swimming Pools and Bathing Beaches
FOR the purpose of deleting a requirement that certain members of the review
committee for public swimming pools and bathing beaches be chosen from a
certain list; altering certain terms of appointment and tenure of certain
members of the review committee for public swimming pools and bathing
beaches; altering the procedure for adopting certain regulations by authorizing
the director of environmental protection and resource management to adopt the
regulations; deleting a certain date in reference to certain standards; clarifying
that a certain individual is required to possess a certain certification;
authorizing the director to revoke a certain certificate under certain
circumstances; and generally relating to the regulation of public swimming
pools and bathing beaches.
