SALISBURY
the "Nanticoke Road - Habliston Property Annexation", being an area bounded by the
Southeasterly side Nanticoke Road, the Easterly side of Pemberton Drive and the
Northeasterly side of Parsons Street. (3.7277 acres of land, more or less) [Pursuant to Section SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement). Effective Date December 23, 1999]
Resolution No. 684 A RESOLUTION to amend the Charter to modify the required frequency of
meetings of the City Council. [Section(s) SC2-4 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Effective Date February 1, 2000]
Resolution No. 687 A RESOLUTION to amend the Charter to provide for future Amendments to the
Charter. [Section SC21-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Section(s) SC21-3 and SC21-4 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed. Effective Date February 1, 2000]
Resolution No. 688 A RESOLUTION to amend the Charter with respect to City elections for the
purposes of (a) moving the date of elections from the spring to the fall beginning in
the year 2003, (b) renaming the Board of Election Supervisors; (c) removing portions
of the Charter so that they may be codified as a part of the Election Code; and (d)
renumbering the remaining Charter provisions. [Section(s) SC6-2, SC6-3, SC6-4, SC6-5, SC6-10, SC6-11, SC6-14, SC6-15,
SC6-16, SC6-20, SC6-21, SC6-25, and SC6-26 of the Charter of the City of
