Resolution No. 99-04 RESOLUTION FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE CHARTER OF THE TOWN OF
ST. MICHAELS TO AMEND THE TOWN BOUNDARIES TO ANNEX THE
PROPERTIES KNOWN AS 301, 303, 305 AND 307 E. CHEW AVENUE (1.715 acres of land, more or less) [Section(s) 4 of Article I of the Charter of the Town of St. Michaels, Talbot
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments. Effective Date October 29, 1999]
SALISBURY (Wicomico County) Resolution No. 635 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situated contiguous to
and binding upon the Northerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be
known as the "U.S. Route 13 North - Gordy Property Annexation". (2.6678 acres of
land, more or less) [Pursuant to Section SC1-2 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement). Effective Date May 27, 1999]
Resolution No. 655 A RESOLUTION to amend the Charter to place the Contingency Fund under
the control of the Mayor and City Council [Section(s) SC7-28 of the Charter of the City of Salisbury, Wicomico County, as
found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal Charters
(1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted, with
amendments. Effective Date September 28, 1999]
Resolution No. 669 A RESOLUTION of the Council of the City of Salisbury proposing the
annexation to the City of Salisbury of a certain area of land situate contiguous to and
binding upon the Westerly Corporate Limits of the City of Salisbury, to be known as
