Whereas, the Commissioners of Preston wish to amend the Preston Town Charter for
the purpose of updating and improving the existing charter and,
Whereas, the Charter amendment to Article III, Section 305 and Article V, Section
511, has been developed by the Commission to improve the governance of the Town.
