Resolution No. 289
WHEREAS, the City of Crisfield has promulgated its Charter, together with its
municipal code, in a volume published by General Code Publishers Corporation, of
New York; and,
WHEREAS, the City of Crisfield has determined it is in the best interest of its
citizens to amend § C3-4 of its Charter in order better to facilitate the daily
operations and personnel activities of the City of Crisfield by its Mayor, as Chief
Executive Officer.
[Section C3-4A of Article III of the Charter of the City of Crisfield, Somerset
County, as found in the Public Local Laws of Maryland - Compilation of Municipal
Charters (1990 Replacement Edition and 1999 Supplement), repealed and reenacted,
with amendments.
