AN ACT concerning
Private Review Agents - Market Conduct Examinations
FOR the purpose of requiring private review agents to undergo certain examinations;
requiring private review agents to pay for the expense of certain examinations;
requiring examinations of health maintenance organizations to be conducted in
the same manner as examinations of insurers and nonprofit health service
plans; making this Act an emergency measure; and generally relating to
examinations conducted by the Insurance Commissioner.
