If any person loses his angler's license, he may make affidavit stating the date it
was issued, its number, description, and the name of the person who issued it. Upon
receipt of this information, the Department may issue a duplicate angler's license for
a fee not exceeding $1.]

THE DEPARTMENT OR ANY AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE DEPARTMENT MAY
ISSUE A DUPLICATE ANGLER'S LICENSE FOR A FEE NOT EXCEEDING $1 IF A PERSON
INDICATES THAT THE ANGLER'S LICENSE IS LOST AND IS ON RECORD FOR
PREVIOUSLY PURCHASING AN ANGLER'S LICENSE.

(D) THE DEPARTMENT OR ANY AUTHORIZED AGENT OF THE DEPARTMENT

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 2000.
