SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article 41 - Governor - Executive and Administrative Departments
10-811.
This subtitle shall remain effective only until July 1, [2000] 2005, and, at the
end of June 30, [2000,] 2005, with no further action required by the General
Assembly, this Act shall be abrogated and of no further force and effect.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take effect
July 1, 2000.

(Senate Bill 63)
AN ACT concerning
Fish - Duplicate Angler's License and Trout Stamp
FOR the purpose of clarifying provisions of law concerning obtaining a duplicate
angler's license; authorizing the Department of Natural Resources or an agent
of the Department to issue a duplicate trout stamp under certain circumstances
and for a certain fee; and generally relating to a lost angler's license or trout
stamp.
