(g) (1) After 30 days from the date a notice is sent under subsection (f) of
this section, a motor carrier that has had its operator's registration or operating
privileges revoked under this section may not operate a commercial motor vehicle in
this State.
(2) Each operation of a vehicle in violation of this subsection is a
separate offense and is punishable under the Road Tax on Motor Carriers Act.]
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall take
effect October 1, 2000.

AN ACT concerning
Maryland Advisory Council for Individuals with Disabilities - Membership
FOR the purpose of increasing the membership of the Maryland Advisory Council for
Individuals with Disabilities; and generally relating to the Maryland Advisory
Council for Individuals with Disabilities.
BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That the Laws of Maryland read as follows:
Article - State Government
9-1107.
(a) (1) The Council consists of [28] 30 members appointed by the Governor.
(2) Of the [28] 30 members, 15 of the members shall be individuals with
disabilities.
(b) Of the [28] 30 Council members:
(1) 1 shall be a member of the State Senate;
(2) 1 shall be a member of the House of Delegates;
(3) 1 shall be the Secretary or a designee from the Department of Budget
and Management;
